I have been painting for the last 17 years and usually paint in acrylics and water colours. I like to capture the rich colours of life and nature in my paintings. I have travelled around the world giving me a unique perspective on life which I portray in my work. I am a doctor by profession and paint in my spare time. I greatly admire the diversity of humans and their environment and the common bonds which unite them. I try to explore this association with use of rich vibrant and vivid colours in my work. I am fascinated by the work of old masters and have an yearning to reproduce someof their work. I have done some replica painitings of Picasso, Poussin, Aguste Mackie as well as some inspired painting from the work of great masters.
